TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellations or reservation changes, We simply ask you to notify us minimum of 24 hours prior to the treatment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us minimum of 3 hours prior to the treatment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatment will still be charged at full price.
CLIENT CONSULTATION FORMS
All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Consultation form before our therapist can perform any treatments on you. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead. We also reserve the right to ask you to complete the Client Consultation form every 6 months so that we can update our records.
Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Should you have a specific requirement or an allergy to any known products please advise a member of the team prior to any treatments.
Patch testing is required for certain treatments and must be completed 24/48hrs prior to your appointment . Please contact us for patch test.
You must be 18 years or over to receive treatments or parental consent will be required. We reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.
We accept cash and all major credit cards, we do not accept cheques.
While we endeavour to keep our website and price lists updates, treatment prices are subject to change without warning.
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
